(ก) มิติด้านสุขภาพ
เกษตรอินทรีย์ควรจะต้องส่งเสริมและสร้างความยั่งยืนให้กับสุขภาพอย่างเป็นองค์รวมของดิน พืช สัตว์ มนุษย์ และโลก
(ข) มิติด้านนิเวศวิทยา
เกษตรอินทรีย์ควรจะต้องตั้งอยู่บนรากฐานของระบบนิเวศวิทยาและวัฐจักรแห่ง ธรรมชาติ การผลิตการเกษตรจะต้องสอดคล้องกับวิถีแห่งธรรมชาติ และช่วยทำให้ระบบและ วัฐจักรธรรมชาติเพิ่มพูนและยั่งยืนมากขึ้น
(ค) มิติด้านความเป็นธรรม
เกษตรอินทรีย์ควรจะตั้งอยู่บนความสัมพันธ์ที่มีความเป็นธรรมระหว่างสิ่งแวดล้อมโดยรวมและสิ่งมีชีวิต ความเป็นธรรมนี้รวมถึงความเท่าเทียม การเคารพ ความยุติธรรม และการมีส่วนในการปกปักพิทักษ์โลกที่เราอาศัยอยู่ ทั้งในระหว่างมนุษย์ด้วยกันเอง และระหว่างมนุษย์กับสิ่งมีชีวิตอื่นๆ
(ง) มิติด้านการดูแลเอาใจใส่
การบริหารจัดการเกษตรอินทรีย์ควรจะต้องดำเนินการอย่างระมัดระวังและ รับผิดชอบ เพื่อปกป้องสุขภาพและความเป็นอยู่ของผู้คนทั้งในปัจจุบันและอนาคต รวมทั้งพิทักษ์ปกป้องสภาพแวดล้อมโดยรวมด้วย

Organic agriculture
Organic farming principles include health, ecology, fairness, and care.
(A) Health
Organic agriculture promotes and creates sustainable and holistic health through optimal use of soil, plants, animals, humans and the earth.
(B) Ecology
Organic agriculture should be based on the ecology and cycles of nature. Agricultural production that is consistent with the natural path will promote and increase sustainability.
(C) Fairness
Organic agriculture should be based on a compatible relationship between the overall environment and all living things. This includes equality, respect, justice and participation in protecting the earth on which we live.
(D) Care
The management of organic agriculture should be conducted carefully and responsibly to protect the health and well-being of people and the environment, both now and in the future.
